CHEP, a global leader in supply chain and pallet pooling, is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive a multi-year transformation across asset serialisation, IoT, and data analytics. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and partner with vendors to deliver value.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven record of delivering complex programmes on time and within budget in a matrix, global environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in program management, online programs or digital initiatives.
• Experience budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in a global context.
• Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple programme workstreams including asset serialisation and IoT initiatives.
• Define milestones, delivery plans, and governance for the programme.
• Lead project managers, allocate resources, and manage supplier relationships.
• Define KPIs, track benefits, and report progress to sponsors.
• Oversee budget, portfolio management, and change management activities.
