A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in financial services or fintech, strong understanding of EU financial regulations, as well as excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or Russian is a plus. This position is based in Valencia, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain.

Formación

• 3+ years of legal experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of EU financial regulations, AML, and data protection.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance matters.
• Support corporate governance and board secretarial functions.
• Research legal issues and provide recommendations.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.

Conocimientos

Legal experience in financial services

Knowledge of EU financial regulations

Drafting and negotiation skills

Fluency in English

Spanish or Russian

Educación

Law degree with relevant qualification
