• Extensive international tax experience with M&A exposure.
• Experience with cross-border restructurings and structuring.
• Strong analytic and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax guidance on acquisitions, divestments and reorganizations.
• Assess Pillar 2 implications and collaborate on impact analysis.
• Support transfer pricing governance and related discussions.
• Assist in tax audits, documentation and risk mitigation.
