Sibelco Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Specialist Tax Projects professional in Bilbao, Spain, to support M&A activities, tax structuring, and governance. The role requires 6–7 years of experience in international tax and fluency in English and Spanish. You will work closely with M&A, Finance, and Legal teams, contributing to strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment. The position is permanent and offers a collaborative workplace in a brand-new office.

Formación

• 6–7 years of experience in international tax, transaction tax or similar roles.
• Strong technical expertise in international tax, M&A tax, structuring, and transfer pricing.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-border projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax guidance on acquisitions, divestments, reorganizations and joint ventures.
• Assess Pillar 2 implications of transactions and reorganizations.
• Support local teams during tax audits.
