The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and experience in Learning & Development, working collaboratively with People leadership to translate business needs into effective learning pathways.

Formación

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related People function.
• Experience coordinating and executing development programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver talent development initiatives with clear timelines and follow-through.
• Help build structured learning pathways for employees.
• Support the governance and improvement of IPC U as a central learning hub.
