PPG busca un Técnico/a de Planificación y Logística para coordinar planificación de producción, expediciones y operaciones logísticas en la planta de Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid).

Garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales, la correcta preparación de entregas y la documentación asociada, con comunicación fluida a Producción, Almacén y proveedores. Se valora experiencia en SAP S/4HANA y dominio de Excel.

Formación

• Titulación universitaria en Logística, Supply Chain, ADE, Ingeniería o similar; FP Superior en Logística aceptada.
• Experiencia previa en Planificación y Aprovisionamiento dentro de Supply Chain.
• Valorable experiencia o conocimientos en Logística y Transporte.
• Nivel alto de inglés, escrito y hablado.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar la planificación de producción y expediciones, coordinando con CSR, Comercial y transportistas.
• Completar y verificar documentación de entrega (albaranes, etiquetas, lotes, caducidades).
• Registrar forecast logístico y datos para KPIs e control de facturas.
• Realizar entradas administrativas de materiales y gestionar ASN.
• Gestionar reclamaciones logísticas y coordinar devoluciones y no conformidades.
• Participar en el control y auditoría de inventarios de la planta.
• Emitir pedidos de compra y hacer seguimiento de entregas.
• Comunicar planificación a Producción, Laboratorio y Almacén.

Mission

The Planning & Logistics Technician is responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to production planning, shipment management, and overall logistics operations. The role ensures material availability, accurate preparation of deliveries, and compliance with customer and supplier requirements. It also guarantees proper documentation, inventory monitoring, and effective communication with internal stakeholders. This position directly contributes to operational efficiency and adherence to quality, safety, and service standards.

Misión

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Planificación y Logística responsable de coordinar y ejecutar las actividades relacionadas con la planificación de producción, la gestión de expediciones y las operaciones logísticas de la planta. El rol garantiza la disponibilidad de materiales, la correcta preparación de entregas y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de clientes y proveedores. También asegura la precisión documental, el seguimiento de inventarios y una comunicación fluida con las áreas internas. Esta posición contribuye directamente a la eficiencia operativa y al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y servicio.

Responsabilidades principales

• Gestionar las salidas de materiales y coordinar expediciones con CSR, Comercial y transportistas.
• Completar y verificar la documentación de entrega (albaranes, CMR, etiquetas, lotes, cantidades, caducidades).
• Registrar cargas, entregas y datos de forecast logístico para indicadores y control de facturas.
• Realizar entradas administrativas de materiales y gestionar programas ASN.
• Gestionar reclamaciones logísticas y coordinar retornos y no conformidades.
• Participar en el control y auditoría de inventarios de la planta.
• Elaborar el planning de producción, distribución y materias primas según previsiones y pedidos.
• Emitir pedidos de compra a proveedores y hacer seguimiento de entregas y desempeño.
• Comunicar la planificación a Producción, Laboratorio, Almacén y otras áreas implicadas.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas de calidad, seguridad, medio ambiente y respuesta a emergencias.

Requisitos

• Titulación universitaria en Logística, Supply Chain, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o similar. También se valorará Formación Profesional Superior en Logística.
• Se valorará especialmente experiencia previa en Planificación y Aprovisionamiento dentro de entornos de Supply Chain.
• Se considerará una ventaja contar con experiencia o conocimientos en Logística y Transporte.
• Valorable experiencia en SAP, preferiblemente SAP S/4HANA.
• Nivel alto de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
• Conocimientos de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
• Capacidad para interpretar documentación logística, de transporte y operativa.
• Conocimiento de procesos de planificación, aprovisionamiento, expediciones e inventarios.
• Alta atención al detalle y precisión en la gestión documental.
• Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
• Buena capacidad de comunicación y coordinación con diferentes áreas de la organización.
• Orientación a la resolución de problemas y mejora continua.
• Imprescindible disponer de vehículo propio para acceder al centro de trabajo.
• Residencia preferente en el Corredor del Henares o en zonas cercanas a Camarma de Esteruelas, con disponibilidad para desplazarse diariamente a la planta.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage material dispatches and coordinate shipments with CSR, Sales, and transport carriers.
• Complete and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, CMR, labels, batches, quantities, expiry dates).
• Record tank loads, delivered quantities, and transport forecast data for KPIs and invoice control.
• Perform administrative material entries and manage ASN programs.
• Handle logistics claims and coordinate returns and non-conformities.
• Participate in plant inventory control and audit processes.
• Prepare production, distribution, and raw material planning based on forecasts and customer orders.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on deliveries and performance.
• Communicate updates to Production, Laboratory, Warehouse, and other relevant functions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate quality, safety, environmental, and emergency response policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; vocational training in Logistics is also accepted.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Planning and Procurement, is highly valued.
• Experience or exposure to Logistics and Transportation is considered a strong plus.
• Experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA, is highly desirable.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Ability to interpret logistics, transportation, and operational documentation.
• Understanding of planning, inventory, shipping, and supply chain processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
• Own vehicle is required to commute to the workplace.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Henares Corridor area or near Camarma de Esteruelas, with the ability to commute to the plant on a daily basis.
