SICPA, a global leader in trust technologies, is seeking a Central Supply Chain Planner to lead the global S&OP planning process and ensure alignment between demand, manufacturing capacity, and inventory strategy.

You will interface between Global & Local Supply Chain teams, Logistics, Manufacturing and Procurement to improve product availability, mitigate risks, and support executive decision‑making across regions and sites.

Formación

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning.
Experience working in a global and multicultural environment; exposure to multi-site manufacturing and international supply chain operations.

Responsabilidades

Lead the monthly global Supply & Demand planning cycle.
Consolidate and challenge demand forecasts from all regions and business entities.
Translate demand plans into global supply requirements and production plans.
Monitor inventory performance and drive corrective actions to prevent shortages and excess stock.
Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation and contingency scenarios.
Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.
Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, forecasting accuracy, and inventory management practices.
