Northrop Grumman is hiring for a Global Supply Chain Programs Manager 3 in Woodland Hills, CA. You will lead the MPM team, directing end-to-end material management for Advanced Weapons programs and partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in supply chain/PM, or Master’s with 6+ years, or HS diploma with 12+ years.
• 5+ years leading supply chain teams of 10+ people.
• 3+ years of supplier management and program management tooling (EVMS/IMS, baselining, EAC).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Material Program Management team for end-to-end supply chain initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet supply chain commitments and mitigate risks.
• Drive resource planning, cost forecasting, schedule performance, and supplier performance.
