Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Specialist in Spain to act as the single point of contact for feasibility, activation and maintenance tasks within assigned studies. You will collaborate with the Site Activation Manager, PM team, and other departments to ensure timely and compliant site activation.

You will review regulatory documents, ethics submissions, and contracts, and maintain project systems and trackers. Strong regulatory knowledge and independent work ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in Clinical Research.
• Experience with ethics committee and regulatory submissions, contract and budget negotiations, study start-up and site activation processes.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, SOPs and ICH/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Act as Single Point of Contact for feasibility, site activation and maintenance activities.
• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy under supervision.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and update project systems and timelines.
• Monitor progress and approvals of regulatory, ethics, consent forms and related materials.
