IQVIA is seeking a Global Study Associate Director to lead cross-functional study teams and deliver clinical studies on time and within budget. You will coordinate with the CPT, CROs, and external partners to meet milestones and uphold quality standards.

The role requires overseeing study documents from CSP to CSR, TMF completeness, risk planning, and performance feedback. A university degree and 5 years in pharma with 2 years PM experience are expected.

Formación

• University degree in medical or biological sciences or related discipline.
• 5 years of relevant clinical experience in the pharmaceutical industry including 2 years of project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional study teams to ensure milestones are met with quality and on budget.
• Facilitate communication across functions and with external partners; lead investigator meetings.
• Develop and maintain essential study documents from CSP to CSR per SOPs.
• Monitor external providers to ensure performance against contracted goals and timelines.
• Oversee TMF completion and ensure documentation is current and complete.
