IQVIA is seeking an Associate CPM Director to lead the operational aspects of CNS studies and programs, ensuring delivery on time, quality and budget. The role emphasizes strategic leadership with our customers and requires hands-on clinical project management experience across multiple regions.

The candidate should have at least 3 years as a Sr Clinical Project Manager and a strong background in CNS therapeutic areas, with familiarity with IQVIA standards and regulatory expectations.

Formación

• 10 years clinical research experience including 6 years in project management.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Strong English presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
• Minimum 3 years as Sr Clinical Project Manager.
• CNS studies experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead bid defense preparations and presentations with Business Development.
• Develop integrated study management plans with project team.
• Oversee delivery of clinical studies ensuring quality, time and cost.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships.
• Manage risk, issues, and contingency plans.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders.
• Identify changes in scope and manage change control.
