Mercedes-Benz Tech Spain is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to shape corporate strategy and lead transformational initiatives in a fast-paced, international setting. You will work with senior leadership, drive key work streams, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for executive decision-makers.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field with strong analytical focus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Transformation, or similar environment.
• Proven experience leading work streams, projects, or small teams.
• Strong knowledge of strategy development, strategy execution, organizational development, and business process improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and translate them into business recommendations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in international environments.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic work streams related to the corporate strategy and digital transformation agenda of Mercedes-Benz Tech Spain and Home of Tech.
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept definition through execution and implementation.
• Develop decision papers and recommendations for senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct market, competitor, and cross-industry analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and innovative solution concepts.
• Support business growth through structured analysis and strategic thinking.
• Manage strategic projects end-to-end, from project scoping and planning to implementation and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with Business Streams and Home of Tech Hubs to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor progress and help align initiatives with business objectives.
• Prepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior leadership.
• Transform complex topics into executive-ready materials and decision proposals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across international and cross-functional teams.
• Design and facilitate workshops involving multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational improvement projects.
• Define and monitor impact metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Provide functional guidance and mentoring within assigned work streams.
• Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.

What We Are Looking For
