Neuraxpharm Arzneimittel in Barcelona seeks a seasoned Sourcing Manager to drive external CMO collaboration for finished dosage forms and shape supplier strategies for savings. You will manage RFQs, monitor supplier performance, and develop internal tools to optimize procurement across global CMOs.

This hybrid role requires strong data analysis, project management, and negotiation skills, with a pharma focus and international exposure.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 7 years international supply chain experience.
• Pharma sector experience required (min 5 years).
• Strong data analysis and project management skills.
• Experience with EU CMOs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive external CMO collaboration for finished dosage forms.
• Lead RFQ processes and supplier negotiations.
• Develop supplier scorecards and dashboards.
• Implement SAP BW4 tools for supplier performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across procurement.
• Ensure on-time realization of saving opportunities.
• Benchmark price comparisons across products and competitors.
