IQVIA is seeking a Sr Manager, Global Site Activation, Legal Liaison to provide expert operational support for clinical trial contracting when IQVIA Biotech contracts. You will be a key contact ensuring consistent contracting practices and alignment with internal legal requirements.

Lead template development, coordinate translations, and train Site Contracts teams, while collaborating across functions to drive excellence and compliance in contracting activities.

Formación

• Master’s degree in law.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Experience in sponsor/CRO or pharma contracting.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide study-specific contracting support to project managers and site teams.
• Act as primary operational contact for complex contracting issues and escalate legally when needed.
• Advise stakeholders on approved contracting positions, templates, and IQVIA policies.
• Own and maintain the Global Site Contracts Library and country templates.
• Lead development, validation, and translation of contract templates.
• Ensure consistency with IQVIA Legal guidance and updated contracting practices.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to Site Contracts teams on processes and governance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive standardization and compliance in contracting.
• Support evolving contracting processes and tools for country-specific requirements.
