IQVIA is seeking a Site Contract Manager to develop local contracting strategy and support start-up contracting activities for selected sponsors, studies or multi-protocol programs.

The role requires 3-5 years of sponsor or CRO site contracting experience, strong negotiation and writing skills, and a solid understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment. You will collaborate with sponsors and regional teams to meet timelines and budgets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of sponsor or CRO site contracting experience.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and coordinate the development of investigator grants and estimates, contracting strategies and proposal text to support the proposal development process.
• Develop contract language, payment language and budget templates as required for the position.
• Utilize and maintain contracting systems, tools, processes and training materials for selected sponsors and studies.
• Ensure collaboration with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regions/countries to deliver the project scope in compliance with sponsor requirements.
• Provide specialist legal, operational and financial contracting support to Study Teams for site agreements and initiation of clinical trials.
• Contribute to collecting, interpreting and disseminating contracting intelligence to support studies and the wider company.
• Ensure contracting efficiency and adherence to timelines and financial goals for site agreements.
• Report contracting performance metrics and out-of-scope contracting activities as required.
• Develop long-standing relationships with preferred IQVIA clients/customers.
