Global Showroom Sales Intern — Fashion Brand Experience

Job summary

AWWG is offering a Showroom Sales Internship to join one of our showroom teams during the Summer campaign, gaining hands-on experience across the full sales process and collaborating with customers and internal teams.

You will have the chance to work with iconic brands such as Pepe Jeans, Hackett, Façonnable, Calvin Klein or Tommy Hilfiger, developing commercial, analytical and organisational skills in a dynamic international fashion setting.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent studies in Fashion Management, Business, Marketing, Retail or related field.
• Full availability throughout the campaign period, working 40 hours per week on-site.
• High level of Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in retail, sales or customer-facing environments is a plus.
• Interest in fashion, retail and the commercial side of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the Showroom Sales team throughout the full selling process, from the seasonal showroom campaign and customer appointments through to order management and final shipment.
• Help create and present a cohesive story around the collection, ensuring the product is communicated effectively to customers and reflects the brand's identity.
• Support remote and digital selling activities, including communication with E-commerce customers.
• Assist with customer orders, including entering and updating orders in the relevant systems and following up on their progress.
• Support the team with Excel reports and analysis, preparing figures and relevant information for customers and internal teams.
• Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and other materials required for customer meetings and seasonal selling activities.
• Work closely with the Showroom team and other internal departments to ensure a smooth and successful selling campaign.
• Contribute to creating a positive, collaborative and professional atmosphere for both colleagues and customers.
