Job summary

AWWG in Madrid, Spain is offering a Retail Merchandising Internship to support the Pepe Jeans Outlets Europe Product Merchandising team. You will work on data analysis, stock management, and commercial coordination, contributing to maximizing product turnover and sales while gaining hands-on experience in the retail sector.

Ideal candidates are university active, with fluent Spanish and strong English, and proficient in Excel; experience in fashion is a plus.

Qualifications

Must be precise with eye for detail.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Strong communication skills and persistence.
Affinity with numbers and math.
Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
Active university agreement to undertake the internship.

Responsibilities

Support Product Merchandisers in executing the channel strategy by store, market, and category.
Assist in collection buying, assortment planning, and stock depth according to store type.
Collaborate in allocation, product replenishment, and inter-store transfers.
Support analysis of sales data, turnover, stock cover, and KPIs per point of sale.
Identify opportunities to improve sell-through and support promotions.
Assist in coordinating collection launches in physical stores.
Maintain fluid communication with store teams and cross-functional collaboration with VM, Operations, and Logistics.
