Bunge is seeking an Execution Specialist to coordinate shipments, manage documents from contract to final invoice, and liaise with traders, brokers, and port agents to ensure timely information flow and task execution. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and adherence to policy while contributing to safety and KPI tracking.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in business/logistics, 4 years of export/import experience, and fluency in English and Spanish, with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Formación

• Degree in Business Management, International Business, Logistics or related field.
• +/- 4 years of experience in Import/Export operations or related field.
• Desirable experience with bulk shipments.
• Advanced in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate shipments with traders, brokers, port agents and other parties; ensure timely documentation.
• Issue and distribute shipping documents (BLs, COO/EUR1/T2L, sanitary certificates).
• Monitor status of vessels and operations; follow up on tasks.
• Maintain operation folders and KPI files; ensure safety procedures are followed.
