Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Madrid is seeking a skilled SEO professional to lead international SEO projects and coordinate with content, analytics, and development teams. You will drive strategy, performance analysis, and cross‑team collaboration across global accounts.

The role requires experience in agency SEO, strong French language skills, and a track record of optimizing both on‑site and off‑site elements for large brands. A hybrid/remote setup is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience.
• High proficiency in French is mandatory (C1 level or equivalent).
• Experience in client management, presentations, and market research.
• Proven SEO knowledge from a digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques (titles, meta data, H1, internal linking).
• Experience with One Search optimization strategies (SEO/SEM).
• Experience in international and Local SEO.
• Familiarity with GEO and LLM optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute large-scale SEO projects for international clients.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Optimize content, metadata, headings, and internal linking.
• Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Content, Paid Media, Analytics, and Development teams.
• Coordinate and maintain client communications and project updates.
• Support Local SEO initiatives (Google Business Profile).
• Assist off-page SEO activities including link building and digital PR.
