ICON Strategic Solutions in Spain is seeking a Senior Global Project Manager to lead and manage pharmaceutical or biotech projects with global scope. You will oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure delivery of objectives.

You will mentor teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, develop project documentation, and apply best practices while traveling about 25% to sponsor sites and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in global project management within pharma/biotech.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated leadership with team mentoring experience.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel ~25% as required.
