The Global Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving profitable growth and contributing to the transparency of business results by highlighting underlying business drivers and collaborating closely with Business finance leaders. The role contributes to driving efficient reporting processes by unlocking the potential of digitalization. Strong communication skills are essential to drive accountability, engagement, and the ability to find compromises with senior finance leaders. The role requires agility and focus to balance urgency with planned deliverables. A multi-dimensional technical skill set developed through experiences in finance roles (audit, accounting, business controlling, reporting) is critical to support discussions with Group finance leaders due to the wide range of technical topics involved.

Your key responsibilities
  • Reporting: Support the Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in a broad set of reporting matters in connection with M&A.
  • Support for Group profitability reporting by BU from Sales to Adj. EBITDA (first time right on time in full) for Actuals and Forecasts.
  • Identify issues arising from accounting processes distorting BU performance in strong collaboration with FC&A (Financial Control and Accounting).
  • Stakeholder Communication: Nurture collaborative and efficient working platforms and two-way channels with the BUs (Business Units), FC&A and within Group FP&A.
  • Support in the preparation of Exco and Board decks.
  • Contribute to BU Actuals P&L Reviews to promote a transparent, collaborative and insightful exchange with the BUs and Group FP&A.
  • Budget & Forecasting: Support global planning processes: monthly (RQE and RAF), yearly (Budget) and long-range planning.
  • Promote one version of the truth principle navigating through a complex and non-integrated systems landscape.
  • Safeguard quality and consistency of projected Income statement by BU by challenging assumptions and sharing insights.
  • Process improvement: Drive continuous improvement in existing processes and implement breakthrough re-engineering initiatives for non-existing operating mechanisms linked to reporting.
  • Sustainability catalyst role within the team (process documentation goals connected to development areas and business priorities).
  • Prepare autonomously sharp and reliable financial analyses linked to business performance optimization initiatives.
  • Champion for digitization projects critical to increase team productivity and quality of business decisions.
We Offer
  • Unique career paths across health, nutrition and beauty — explore what drives you and get the support to make it happen.
  • A chance to impact millions of consumers every day, sustainability embedded in all we do.
  • A science-led company with cutting-edge research and creativity everywhere from biotech breakthroughs to sustainability game-changers; you’ll work on what’s next.
  • Growth that keeps up with you — you join an industry leader that will develop your expertise and leadership.
  • A culture that lifts you up with collaborative teams, shared wins and people who cheer each other on.
  • A community where your voice matters; it is essential to serve our customers well.
You bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Audit, Business Controlling or Financial Planning and Analysis roles in an international environment.
  • Professional experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent English language skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-evolving regulatory environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think in solutions.
  • Team-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate across functions.
