Healthcare Account Director (Spanish‑Speaking) | Hybrid | Spain

Must be based in Spain and able to work on‑site (hybrid).

A growing international healthcare agency is seeking a Spanish‑speaking Account Director to join its expanding creative team. The team is open to hiring at Account Director through to Client Services Director level for the right experience.

This organisation is a global leader in healthcare and life sciences communications, known for blending scientific expertise with standout creative work. You’ll join a dynamic, collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and professional development.

Working closely with art directors, strategists, editors, UX specialists, and digital teams, you’ll help deliver integrated, impactful healthcare communications across a range of channels – including print, digital, video, web, mobile, email, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day‑to‑day management of key client accounts.
  • Shape and deliver creative strategies that drive meaningful results for healthcare brands.
  • Oversee projects and campaigns, ensuring excellence across budgeting, timelines, and resource management.
  • Support new business activity, including pitches and proposals.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years’ experience in healthcare communications, advertising, or a similar client‑focused role.
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded, curious, and passionate about creative healthcare.
  • Strong grounding in project management, budgeting, and timelines.
  • Fluent Spanish (native or near‑native).
  • Strong English – CV must be submitted in English.
  • Experience in healthcare advertising, client services, or pharma communications is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a creative agency or fast‑paced client services environment.
