Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Design, develop, and execute the global security incident prevention strategy, including creating guidelines, roadmaps, and performance indicators.
• Lead efforts to reduce and improve security incident response and prevention across Brambles’ global operations.
• Enhance security performance by implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage global security vendors to reduce costs, consolidate services, and improve security quality across regions.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with customer contractual obligations related to security standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in security management, overseeing projects and providing guidance on global security issues.
• Develop reporting and performance tracking systems to monitor security protocol effectiveness.
• Provide strategic insights and forecasts to support global decision-making and planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Security Management.
• Project Management Level 1 & 2 qualifications.

Experience

• Experience managing a Security and Risk Management Program in a leading industry company.
• Progressive experience in industrial security.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Experience with permitting activities and regulatory negotiations in industrial settings.
