Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Barcelona is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Subject Matter Consultant to lead the evolution of our Compensation module and support Employee Central across global HR SaaS tools. You will work with global HR teams to align IT deliverables with business needs and drive configurations and improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably IT-related field.
5+ years implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Experience with Compensation, Variable Pay and Employee Central.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR teams to implement and enhance SuccessFactors Compensation.
Configure templates, budgets, workflows, and executive review processes.
Design bonus plans, proration logic, goal mapping and route maps.
Support Employee Central and other HR SaaS applications.
Coordinate change requests and ensure IT deliverables meet requirements.
Liaise between CoEs, Global HR and IT for HR systems.
