A multinational food company is seeking a Project and Process Manager to support procurement processes and systems rollout. This role involves managing project tasks, ensuring alignment with process leads, and engaging stakeholders for successful implementation. Fluency in English is required, with additional knowledge of Spanish or German preferred. The offer includes a hybrid work model with flexible scheduling and health insurance.

• Proven experience in project and process management.
• Experience in Purchase to Pay and Master Data is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support the roll-out of procurement processes and systems.
• Manage and deliver project tasks such as workshops and data validation.
• Align process design with Process Leads and collaborate with System Experts.
• Maintain global training materials for Key Users and End Users.
• Engage with Key Users to ensure adoption and support.
• Perform functional testing for template changes.

Conocimientos

SAP (preferably S4 / HANA)

Planning and organizing skills

English fluency

Knowledge of Spanish and/or German
