Spring GDS España seeks a Sales Consultant Support to drive client prospecting, onboarding and retention across international markets. You will act as a bridge between prospects, clients and internal teams, supporting an agile and high-performance commercial environment.

Your role involves advising on logistics solutions, negotiating terms, coordinating with Operations and CX, and maintaining strong client relationships to support sustainable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client prospecting or sales support roles.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) required; knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and identify new prospects.
• Qualify prospects via calls and outreach; maintain client portfolio.
• Negotiate rates, service terms and integrations while ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and CX teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Update CRM and sales databases; support documentation and meetings.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports; contribute to strategic planning.
