TOLSA is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive growth in Functional Additives for plastics and coatings across Europe, APAC and LATAM. You will manage opportunities with distributors, direct customers and key stakeholders, while delivering technical and commercial support.

The role requires a chemistry/engineering background, 5+ years in international technical sales, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international technical sales.
• Mandatory experience within the plastics and/or paints & coatings industries.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth across the assigned territories.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within the plastics and coatings sectors.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, direct customers and key industry stakeholders.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers, understanding their formulation challenges and recommending suitable solutions.
• Promote TOLSA's portfolio of Functional Additives and support the launch of new products and applications.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, R&D, Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
• Represent TOLSA at international trade fairs, conferences and industry events.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans and regular market updates.
