Located in Derio (Bizkaia) we are looking to hire a Global Sales Controlling Commercial depending on Sales Controlling Director.

Key Responsibilities

As a back office for the rest of areas, the job requires of an active and teamwork role, giving added value to global sales directors (GSD) and management. In addition, the ambition to increase the transparency of information by providing systems and homogenized procedures (ATENEA) to cover the Group objectives in a global way.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Languages (english advance level) for worldwide communication and Excel, ppt required
  • Leadership skills: activities between different client Sales controlling teams, Divisions and Corporate Areas (specially controlling and purchasing). Even external client meetings possible.
  • Analysis skills: Global information, different clients, procedures, ways of work, market impacts, etc.
  • Interest on strategy, global vision and improvement
  • Clients and market knowledge: offer calculations or project management, serial production or plant experience...

Knowledge and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management or similar.
