GoodLife Foods is seeking a Senior Group S&OP Manager to develop and implement a group-wide S&OP strategy across 14 factories and six commercial areas. You will lead an international team and report to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, ensuring a financially aligned plan across demand, supply, inventory and profitability.

The role combines transformation and leadership with the design of future S&OP organisation, processes, and tools, promoting consistent adoption across Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• 10+ years in S&OP, demand planning or supply chain planning within FMCG.
• Proven experience building or significantly improving end-to-end S&OP.
• Strong leadership in international/multidisciplinary environments.
• Understand both demand and supply planning and their financial impact.
• Analytical with ERP/planning systems; Excel and Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end S&OP cycle across multiple sites and functions.
• Chair monthly S&OP meetings and present decisions to Executive Board.
• Define roles, KPIs and decision rights across central and local teams.
• Develop planning processes, data analytics and IT tools.
• Coach and develop the international S&OP team.
• Drive change and embed consistent ways of working throughout the organisation.
