Logista is seeking a Corporate Solution Design & Continuous Improvement Manager to design, develop and implement scalable operational solutions across the Group, supporting growth initiatives and transformation programs. The role blends solution design, project management and continuous improvement to deploy new models, facilities, systems and processes across business units and countries.

• 5-8 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Consulting or Operational Excellence.
• Experience in solution design and operational modelling.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks and operational dashboards.
• Experience using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in tendering processes, RFQs, RFIs and RFPs.
• Experience in management consulting or supply chain consulting.
• Experience supporting M&A activities, operational due diligence or post-merger integrations.
• Experience in automation, robotics or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end logistics and transportation solutions supporting growth initiatives and transformations.
• Lead operational diagnostics, capacity assessments and network modelling.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses and investment evaluations for operational initiatives.
• Benchmark best practices and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
• Lead operational solution design for complex tendering and business development opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable and competitive operational solutions.
• Support tender submissions through operational modelling, costing and solution definition.
• Define operational assumptions, capacity requirements, staffing plans and roadmaps.
• Lead strategic projects from concept design to deployment and value realization.
• Define project scope, governance, risks, budgets and KPIs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across countries and units.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of designed solutions.
• Participate in operational due diligence reviews for acquisitions.
• Assess capabilities, assets, processes and productivity of target companies.
• Identify risks and synergies, support post-merger integration roadmaps.
• Deploy Continuous Improvement methodologies across operations (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC).
• Facilitate Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping across locations.
• Standardize processes, tools and best practices across countries.
