Formación

• 3-5 years experience in similar roles or finance/audit.
• Experience in project implementation, especially with HRIS systems.
• Fluent in English; other languages valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Support Global Rewards team with Job Architecture across regions.
• Manage Global Benefits project and report collection.
• Assist with the compensation process and market analysis.
• Support HRIS implementation and data preparation.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
