Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) for a fully remote contract role. The position focuses on training AI agents in HR tasks and simulating HR environments, with Spanish payroll knowledge and compliance expertise.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, fluency in Spanish, and a degree from a top-20 university in Spain. This remote position offers up to $60/hour, Oct 23–Nov 19, and 21 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents on HR tasks in realistic scenarios.
• Build workspaces and files to simulate HR environments.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on HR practices in Spain.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
