Clifford Chance in Madrid is seeking a Real Estate lawyer with around three to six years’ relevant experience. The role involves advising on a full range of real estate transactions across asset classes, with a global client base and a collaborative, cross-border team.

The ideal candidate will have a Spanish law degree, a Master in Law, and strong written and spoken Spanish with fluency in English. Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents and managing due diligence is essential.

Formación

• Spanish degree and Master in Law with excellent academic record.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish; fluent English.
• 3–6 years’ experience as a Real Estate lawyer.
• Strong legal, entrepreneurial and communication skills; high-quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Assist on real estate transactions across asset classes and clients.
• Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents.
• Coordinate cross-border deals with multiple jurisdictions.
