Unilabs is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to optimize its multi-site portfolio across markets. You will lead data-driven asset management initiatives, implement systems, and collaborate with Global Real Estate and Procurement to drive cost savings and service improvements.

The role emphasizes lease management, analytics, and strategic planning to maximise portfolio value while aligning with corporate priorities. Fluency in English is assumed, with additional EU languages as a plus.

Formación

• BSc in Estate Management or equivalent; MRICS preferred; minimum 10 years PQE.
• Experience with asset management systems and GIS is required.

Responsabilidades

Unilabs occupies around 2,000 locations across 15 countries. The Global Real Estate team’s purpose is to enable the ‘Business’ to deliver its capabilities by managing the company's physical assets and optimizing real estate locations.

As Unilabs Real Estate Portfolio Manager you will work with the Global Real Estate and Procurement teams to identify, recommend and implement opportunities for cost savings and service improvements. The Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in managing Unilabs real estate portfolio, ensuring effective budget management, lease administration and support the strategic planning and optimal use of Unilabs estate, maximising financial returns whilst aligning with corporate priorities.

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrable experience of the procurement, implementation and operational management of computerized Property Information Systems, including Asset Management Systems (AMS) and Geographical Information System (GIS), to a complex mixed-use and multi-site commercial real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of a Real Estate database to establish a ‘single source of truth’, identifying and implementing property data solutions and improvements to support the management of the portfolio.
• Pro-active lease management and compliance by ensuring key lease events are managed and decisions are made in a timely manner.
• Use analytics from data and metrics across the portfolio together with external industry data and benchmarks to drive service delivery improvements and efficiency, informing real estate decisions over the short and long term (3-5 years) and enabling proactive asset and property management strategies to maximise portfolio, value and performance.
• Work closely with the Procurement teams to ensure that correct contracts are in place across the portfolio and develop KPI’s and SLA’s to monitor and manage real estate consultants.
• Monitor market trends, planning legislation and emerging opportunities to inform investment strategies.
• Provide Real Estate support to all markets to maximise Unilabs operational and property portfolio, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and transparency, with continuous learning and professional excellence.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex multi-site mixed use asset portfolios, demonstrating effective decision making and strong commercial expertise.
• Demonstrable experience of applying strong analytical skills and lateral thinking to develop creative and innovative solutions.
• Management of real estate asset management database projects, including system implementation.
• Excellent IT skills including cloud-based business and productivity tools (for example Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams), project management software, and property asset management and information systems.
• Good understanding of effective corporate real estate management strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
• Skilled negotiator, problem solver and team player.
• English language fluent, additional EU languages are a plus.
