INNERSPEC TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is seeking an international R&D Engineer for our European office in Loeches (Madrid) to drive development of new NDT solutions.

You will lead and support project tasks, including laboratory work with NDT equipment and collaboration with partners across borders. The role involves presenting results at events, developing ideas for market-ready improvements, and participating in real bid applications for government and Horizon Europe projects.

Formación

• Good English written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Proactive problem solver and self-driven.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manage technical project developments, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Lead technical tasks in running projects, including lab work with NDT equipment.
• Communicate with technical staff and partners to gather information for new research ideas.
• Present results internally and at external events.
• Analyze competing technical solutions to identify improvements and new products.
