Galderma seeks a Global Quality Project Manager to drive a strategic end-to-end QMS transformation across the business from Barcelona. In this highly visible role, you will harmonize processes, enable digitalization, and build an agile, compliant Quality organization that aligns with regulatory expectations.

You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams worldwide, steer change management, monitor KPIs, and support global site rollout to ensure scalable, effective quality solutions

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of QMS frameworks (ISO, GxP) and quality processes.
• Strong regulatory understanding applicable to pharma/biotech/cosmetics.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation programs.

Aufgaben

• Execute the full QMS simplification and harmonization roadmap from design to global rollout.
• Plan and manage project scope, milestones, risks, governance, dependencies, and budget.
• Provide strategic advice to leadership to embed quality and compliance objectives.
• Conduct current-state analyses including maturity assessments and process mapping.
• Ensure future-state QMS aligns with ISO standards, GxP, and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee transformation activities: process clean-up, redesign, documentation reduction, technology deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional, cross-regional teams for timely execution of activities.
• Lead change management: stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change readiness assessments.
• Support global site rollout to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact and productivity.
