Quaker Houghton is seeking a Global Quality Assurance Director to lead development and continuous improvement of quality programs across the Americas, APAC and EMEA. You will ensure compliance with ISO, IATF and regulatory requirements while embedding a culture of quality.

Based in Europe or the United States with a hybrid work arrangement, you will coach regional leaders, drive a 3-year QA roadmap, oversee audits, certifications, and KPI-driven improvements, and collaborate with Sphera and

• Proven experience leading Quality Management Systems within a global manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing regional/global QA teams across multiple regions.
• Chemical or specialty chemical industry experience preferred.
• Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Lean and Six Sigma experience (Black Belt preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.
• Strong leadership in a matrix organization.
• Strategic thinker with change-agent mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a 3-year strategic QA roadmap across Americas, APAC and EMEA.
• Lead global QA teams and establish reporting structures.
• Mentor regional Quality leaders and build succession plans.
• Monitor changes in regulations and drive CAPA and continuous improvement.
• Own the QMS and drive performance and compliance.
• Coordinate and maintain ISO/IATF certifications and audits.
