Grifols SA is seeking a Quality Specialist to join the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Compliance team. You will support Technical Management and partners in an international setting to improve compliance and governance of distribution activities.

The role focuses on developing global procedures, tracking KPIs, and coordinating contracts and serialization requirements to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met across the company’s subsidiaries and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop procedures, work instructions and manuals of global scope.
• Track affiliate quality KPIs and prepare reports in Excel.
• Coordinate and update contracts, rates and local medicine serialization requirements, ensuring signing and reviews by relevant departments and payment of fees where appropriate.
• Review and compile global quality data to support GDP compliance.

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Compliance department at Grifols SA.

This person will support the team and the Technical Management personnel of the company's commercial subsidiaries and/or internal or external partners in an international environment.

What your responsibilities will be

• Develop procedures, work instructions and manuals of global international scope.
• Track affiliate quality KPIS and prepare reports, collect, review and compile data in Excel.
• Coordinate and update contracts, rates and local medicine serialization requirements, ensuring that necessary contracts are signed and reviewed by the relevant department and that fees are paid where appropriate.
