Job summary

Nordex Group in Navarra seeks a logistics coordinator to manage project logistics, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of components, and collaboration with Sourcing and Projects teams.

You will plan delivery timetables, coordinate transport providers, review shipping documents, maintain stock levels, and work in international settings. English at least B2, strong Office skills, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Higher education in logistics, supply chain, sourcing or administration.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, sourcing or administration.
• English level: minimum B2.
• Advanced use of office package.
• Experience with precast concrete/manufacture processes preferred.
• Good coordination and experience in international environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proactive and resolute.
• Willingness to travel (few trips).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate needs and plan with Sourcing.
• Coordinate transport providers for shipments.
• Plan delivery timetables for each component.
• Coordinate shipments with Projects execution.
• Review shipping documents for accuracy.
• Ensure stores have enough stock.
• Track components and coordinate arrivals.
• Arrange special shipping when needed.
• Develop processes to improve supply chain efficiency.
