Schneider Electric in Spain seeks an Industrial Planning leader to drive global factory capacity planning, demand management, and cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Tendering. You will lead visibility on current projects and future opportunities, coordinating with internal teams and external plants to optimize resources.

Formación

Engineering degree or equivalent.
3+ years in assemblies and equipment integration.
3+ years in project management.
Strong organizational and proactive approach.
English (written and spoken).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; PowerBI/Tableau knowledge.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate projects including orders, opportunities, factory capacity (IG/OG), workload and constraints.
Perform demand planning (IG/OG) and schedule coordination with plants.
Collaborate with MDC Tendering to anticipate volumes and timelines.
Map factory status to balance resources and workload across plants.
Coordinate flows with Industrialization, Supply Chain and tendering teams.
Report backlogs for factory and customer projects; track IG/OG orders and sales.
Conduct workload analysis and transfer between factories; support EU OG coordination.
Utilize M2C tool to track asset deployment and installed base; standardize reporting.
