Brambles, through CHEP, is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead a global transformation programme focused on serialisation, asset digitalisation, IoT tracking, and data analytics. The role drives governance, budgeting, and cross-functional execution across multiple workstreams.

The candidate will oversee change management, benefits realization, and stakeholder engagement, bringing 7+ years of program management experience in digital or online projects within a global context.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on online programs or digital initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of Program & Portfolio Management methodologies and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Program’s vision, objectives, and scope, including the establishment of formal milestones, delivery plans, and value drivers.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive Program plan, including budget oversight, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Facilitate governance structures, manage Steering Committee and Executive Sponsorship Group, and document decisions and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify interdependencies, mitigate risks, and manage change across related programs and projects.
• Oversee and support Project Managers, providing leadership and guidance to align with program objectives.
• Develop and implement change management strategy, including employee communications, training, and change-agent network formation.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance objectives for the Program and track benefits realization post-delivery.
• Engage with external vendors and internal partners to coordinate third-party management and ensure risk control and successful rollout.
