Straumann Group is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Manager to shape and continuously improve the Product Management process across TECH PM and PLM, reporting to the Global Head of Product Management. You will establish scalable, efficient ways of working and enable better decision-making in a global matrix organization.

• Experience leading global process improvements across cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex workflows into clear processes and standards.
• Collaborate across Product Management, R&D and business functions.
• Use KPIs and dashboards to improve transparency and maturity.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the Product Management process landscape across TECH PM and PLM.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, templates and governance models.
• Define architecture, ownership and decision governance.
• Align Product Management with R&D development and PLM framework.
• Facilitate collaboration across Product Management, R&D and downstream functions.
• Champion Lean and continuous improvement using VSM, Kaizen, PDCA, A3, and Visual Management.
• Promote Agile ways of working with customer-focused decisions and iterative delivery.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Services.
• Use dashboards and documentation to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Benchmark processes against industry practices to simplify workflows and improve quality.
