Teva seeks an Associate Director, Capability Building & Change Management to own communication, change management, internal branding, asset creation, and capability-building across Global Procurement Transformation. You will work with procurement leaders, digital teams, and L&D to drive adoption of new tools, AI-enabled approaches, and data-driven ways of working.

Location options include Croatia, Spain, or the Netherlands.

Formación

• Master’s degree preferred; relevant certification in change management, learning and development, project/program management, or procurement is an advantage.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Procurement in a global corporate environment; experience with AI Transformations, supporting program communications, change management, procurement transformation, learning enablement, or functional capability programs is highly preferred
• Ability to create clear communication plans and support change readiness, impact assessment, adoption planning, reinforcement, and measurement for new ways of working.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, audience-relevant messages.
• Comfort working with digital tools, AI-enabled technologies, data, Microsoft Office applications, collaboration platforms, learning technologies, and communication asset creation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own communication and stakeholder engagement for Global Procurement Transformation.
• Lead change readiness, stakeholder impact assessment, adoption planning, reinforcement for procurement tools, processes, digital solutions, and AI-enabled use cases where relevant.
• Support deployment of new procurement technologies and tools by shaping launch plans, adoption campaigns, readiness materials, and reinforcement activities.
• Bring AI transformation into the change agenda by helping teams understand AI-enabled use cases, responsible adoption expectations, capability needs, and practical examples of how AI can improve procurement work.
• Proactively identify adoption barriers, resistance, confusion, or capability gaps, and drive practical actions to address them.
• Coordinate learning and enablement activities that build confidence, strengthen adoption, and improve team effectiveness.
