Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director to lead capability building and change management for Global Procurement Transformation. You will shape communications, engagement, and adoption across teams, partners, and leaders in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment.

You will collaborate with global procurement, digital, and L&D teams to create practical playbooks, asset packs, and adoption narratives that drive alignment and sustainable change across regions.

Formación

• Master’s degree preferred; certification in change management is an advantage.
• 7+ years of relevant Procurement experience in a global corporate environment.
• Ability to create clear communication plans and adoption strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with AI transformations and learning enablement is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own communication and stakeholder engagement for Global Procurement Transformation.
• Develop clear, audience-relevant communication plans for priorities and activities.
• Translate complex topics into simple messages explaining changes, impact, and actions.
• Equip leaders with messaging, assets, and adoption materials.
• Develop internal branding materials, launch narratives, FAQs, and toolkits.
• Drive change readiness, adoption planning, reinforcement, and measurement.
• Support deployment of new procurement technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify barriers and drive practical actions to address them.
