Almirall in Barcelona is seeking a Global Procurement Trainee to join our Center of Excellence, combining procurement operations, supplier management and analytics with AI and automation.

You will support sourcing, onboarding, risk monitoring, create Power BI dashboards, and help translate business needs into practical digital solutions with Power Platform, collaborating with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Interest in digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support sourcing and category management activities with Lead Buyers.
• Participate in supplier onboarding, due diligence and risk monitoring.
• Develop reports, analyses and Power BI dashboards to track KPIs.
• Assist in documenting and improving procurement processes for compliance.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives across S2C and P2P workflows.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine procurement operations, supplier management and analytics with cutting-edge digital initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence, automation and data-driven decision making.
