Verisure is seeking a talented Procurement Support Intern based in Madrid to join our Group Procurement team and report to Group Procurement Compliance. The role offers exposure to a global environment and a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.

The intern will support e-sourcing, supplier qualification, data protection risk mitigation, and supplier risk actions, while collaborating with teams across multiple countries. Strong Excel, Power Platform familiarity, and languages are essential.

Formación

• University Degree, preferably bachelor’s in Business management, IT Engineering and others related.
• Advanced level on Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge/curiosity on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Copilot.
• Analytical knowledge valuable (RPA, Machine Learning, AI and its application in automating tasks).
• Spanish and English: very high level in both languages; able to lead business conversations with stakeholders at any level.
• Experience in Procurement and/or with eProcurement tools (Jaggaer, Ariba, etc), and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• E-sourcing expert role, supporting the organization on the usage of the system.
• Support Procurement Buyers and Managers on qualifying and evaluating suppliers.
• Support on Data Protection’s risk and mitigation with external suppliers.
• Identify and take action on supplier and service risks from qualification and evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with supplier qualification and evaluation database globally.
• Support on the registration and maintenance of data from qualification and evaluation of suppliers.
• Reporting and supporting on non-compliance cases.
• Contribute to keeping updated the configuration of the E-sourcing system.
