GEA is seeking an Indirect Procurement Intern in the Madrid area (Alcobendas) for final-year students to gain hands-on experience across global procurement operations. You will support cross-functional activities and work on a range of procurement initiatives.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, with German as a plus, and strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Must be in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree and eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic program.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support credit card processes, contract management, and procurement systems.
• Assist with ESG reporting, compliance tracking, and legal coordination.
• Help manage tenders, supplier onboarding, and database management.
• Conduct supplier and market research, spend analysis, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; support contract renewals.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and presentations.
• Contribute to various procurement projects and ad-hoc tasks.
