Olympic Broadcasting Services is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, supplier management and procurement operations across the organisation. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, competitive bidding and commercial assessments to ensure compliant and efficient procurement in both operational and games-time environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial judgement with a proactive, strategic approach, anticipating needs and driving effective procurement solutions

Formación

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering or related.
• 4–7 years in Procurement or related roles in an international environment.
• 3–5 years in complex RFP comparisons and technical purchasing.
• Experience using SAP MM, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer or similar systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes across multiple categories.
• Coordinate competitive bidding activities (RFPs, RFQs, etc.).
• Analyse market trends and supplier capabilities to support decisions.
• Evaluate supplier proposals on cost, quality, service and delivery.
• Prepare procurement recommendations and supplier comparison reports.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
• Support negotiations and contract discussions.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate procurement with Finance, Legal, Technology and operations.
