Beiersdorf Group is seeking a Global Procurement Marketing Operations Manager in Madrid to shape the future of our procurement functions. You will simplify processes, design scalable solutions, and drive data-driven decisions across international teams.

You will collaborate with global, regional, and local colleagues, harness automation and AI to unlock strategic value, and lead cross-functional projects from concept to adoption with practical guidance and training.

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience in procurement operations or related fields.
• University degree in related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Analytical thinker with pragmatic, solution-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Simplify and standardize processes across Global Procurement Marketing.
• Design, pilot, and scale innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create transparency through performance indicators and data-driven decision-making.
