Job summary

Roche España seeks a Digital Enablement Manager for its Global Diagnostics Procurement (DOP) team in Sant Cugat. You will lead the digital transformation of procurement, shaping strategy, and driving adoption of AI-powered tools across global operations.

You will evaluate technologies, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver data-driven outcomes to improve efficiency and governance. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT or related field is required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in a digital transformation role, with at least 3 years in procurement.
• Understanding of AI models, machine learning, and procurement tech.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive cross-functional change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the digital enablement strategy and roadmaps.
• Research and pilot emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA) to improve procurement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units and IT on digital initiatives.
• Lead AI transformation coordination with RSS Demand to Pay and Roche Digital Technology.
• Communicate ROI and impact of digital initiatives to senior stakeholders.
